I would not buy from this company . If your plates are broken they will not replaced it or if they decide to give you a credit for it which they didn’t honor , you will still have to pay exorbitant shipping g fee for their faulty packaging .

From time to time items get damaged during shipping; it is unfortunate and unavoidable. Our packages are double boxed with a layer of foam in between the boxes. While damage rarely occurs, our policy is to refund for broken items. When this single dish from your first order was reported to be chipped, we issued a full refund for it immediately.

As a courtesy we offered you a additional $20 gift credit. (in addition to the refund.) It was intended to cover the shipping costs from your previous order and for you to spend however you'd like here. We received an e-mail from you claiming that the gift credit didn't work, but it was clearly activated in an order you placed yesterday. In this e-mail you requested an additional credit hoping to make your new order completely free. We denied that request and guess that's why you're leaving this review.
