FREE IN-STORE PICK UP
In Store Pick Up provides you with a more convenient way for you to pick up your OSARA New York online orders at our store in Manhattan, NYC. It's free of charge and you do not need to worry about not being home and missing the delivery.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When you are checking out at OSARA New York on-line shopping, please choose the "In Store Pick Up" option at checkout. Once your order is packed and ready for pick up, you will receive an e-mail prompting you that it is ready for you.
WHEN / WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
After you receive an email notification indicating that "your items are ready" to pick up, please visit our Manhattan store at 248 Bowery, New York, NY 10012 between our business hours 9AM to 5PM (Mon-Fri). You can contact us by phone at (212) 677-1982.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
Once you’ve received the ready for pick up email, please bring your order confirmation e-mail you and a photo I.D. to pick up your order. When you arrive at the store, please speak to a store associate to assist you with picking up your order.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
Pickup orders will be held for 14 business days after being ready at the store. If something happens and you cannot pick your items up within 14 business days, please call us or e-mail us at wecare@osaranewyork.com.
