Return / Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes you're not happy with something purchased and need to return it. You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return items to us. We cannot accept returns for items 30 days after the original purchase date.
Some items are not eligible for return such as knives, large appliances, custom made, special ordered items, gift cards and final sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Dishware and utensils that have made contact with food or even simply been washed cannot be taken back for refund unfortunately.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts
- Items that are returned after 30 days from purchase date.
To make a return please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating that you'd like to return an item along with the order number from which the item was purchased. You will receive an e-mail with instructions and a reference number that are important for successfully processing your return and refund.
SHIPPING AN ITEM BACK

Customers are responsible for shipping an item back to us for returns. We cannot process a return unless we receive an item back in its original/sell-able condition. Hence you should consider using a shipping service with tracking, use reasonably secure shipping supplies, and/or purchase shipping insurance. Depending on where you are located, it may take more time for your returned product to arrive to us may vary. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.)
We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your returned items. After the returned goods are inspected and verified we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund from us after 7 days from the refund confirmation, please email us at email@example.com so we can help to check if there's any trouble on our end for processing the refund. If everything looks fine on our side, then you'll need to check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company, it may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted.
EXCLUSIONS FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS
-Special goods and appliances Some items are not eligible for return/refunds such as knives, large appliances, custom made items, special ordered items, etc.
-Sale and Final Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted sale and final sale items cannot be refunded.
-Gifts and Gift Cards If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
-Shipping costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We can replace items if they are defective or shipped incorrectly. If you need to replace/exchange something, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you If an item was damaged during transport we will notify the carrier to set up a damage/loss claim. (This will take approx 14 days.)
